设计公司状告沃尔玛欠款
该案的原告是上海亚肯企业形象设计有限公司深圳分公司，被告则是世界连锁商业巨头沃尔玛（中国）投资有限公司。9月29日，该案在深圳市罗湖区人民法院正式开庭审理。
争议的起因并不复杂。2004年，双方签约由亚肯公司为沃尔玛设计制作商场标牌，沃尔玛拖欠了原告大量货款；此外由于沃尔玛通过电子邮件指示亚肯公司制作标牌，之后无故违约，致使大量标牌库存和半成品成为废品。在庭审中，沃尔玛最终承认欠款119万元，但认为，原告提供的电子邮件 |
